ALL-ROUND TRAINING

The Academy is aimed at newly hired Laminati Cavanna workers and beyond. The focus on training, is a value that has always set us apart. It is a period of learning alongside more seasoned and experienced professionals through “on-the-job” training. With the Academy, we offer a period of both scholastic and practical training so that students, new hires and employees can benefit from this new mode of training.

The location of the courses is in Calendasco, within the production site: several rooms have been prepared in the company’s guest quarters, transformed into technological, high-performance but also comfortable “course rooms” to accommodate groups of workers. Both theoretical and practical lessons in the new laboratory with equipment suitable for carrying out the necessary tests of raw materials and polycotts.

MULTIMEDIA PROJECT

It starts with classroom and plant days with production area managers acting as tutors and teachers to the trainees. We are creating a digital platform where content in the form of manuals, procedures, safety sheets and videos will be uploaded, which can also be used on demand by the trainees.

Upon completion of the classes, each worker will receive acertificate proving his or her achievements-a certificate that remains with the worker who will go on to update his or her record according to the task performed. Considerable use ofArtificial Intelligence with multilingual Avatars , customized algorithms, and a dynamic question-answer system available to users.

FUTURE TO BE BUILT TOGETHER

The Academy had long been one of the goals to be achieved on the model of the large companies in the sector, and this year the project was also able to see the light of day thanks to the regional Call for Proposals dedicated to the development of digital skills in business.

This is what we also do by collaborating with schools, Association and Universities, with company visits and with projects that we carry out with institutes: we believe in young people and in a future to be built together.”
